The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is coming into force on the 25th May 2018. We want to let you know what data we collect from you, where it is held and what it is used for. We also want you to have the choice of what data of yours we use and when. We have recently approved a GDPR policy document, this is available on our website here, or we can send you a copy if you ask us to. So currently all of your details are published in the flock book, this is sent to all members of the Association and where there are enquiries to purchase sheep, your details may be shared with prospective purchasers.
For joint membership, both parties must provide their own GDPR consent forms.
